Placeholder. Replace this page with a Termly- or Termageddon-generated Privacy Policy before launch. Keep the three MoneyBrief-specific clauses intact: anonymous session tracking, advisor-lead sharing with explicit consent, and the no-sale commitment.
1. What we collect
- Anonymous session data. We set a random identifier (
mb_sid) in your browser so we can understand which pages and tools get used. This identifier is not linked to your name or email unless you submit a form. - Form submissions. When you fill out the advisor-match or Blueprint form, we collect the fields you provide.
- Newsletter subscriptions. The newsletter is hosted on Beehiiv per their privacy policy.
- Approximate location. Country, state, and metro area only — never raw IP address.
2. What we don't collect
- Raw IP addresses (approximate location only — country, state, and metro area).
- Bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or Social Security numbers.
- Browsing history outside moneybrief.com.
3. How we use your data
- Advisor-match submissions are shared with one matched fee-only fiduciary advisor in your state, only with your explicit consent.
- Blueprint applications are reviewed by the MoneyBrief team only.
- Anonymous session events are used for product analytics — we do not build demographic profiles of individual visitors.
4. What we never do
- Sell, rent, or share your email address with data brokers or advertisers.
- Run retargeting pixels or display ads on this website.
- Share form submissions beyond the specific advisor/team reviewing them.
5. Cookies
We use one first-party cookie (mb_sid) for anonymous session identification. No third-party advertising cookies. The site works if you disable cookies.
6. Your rights
You can request deletion of any form-submitted data by emailing [email protected]. Residents of CA, CO, CT, UT, and VA have additional rights under state privacy law.
